Great communication! This recovery center really does care. SV Recovery tailors their program to meet the needs of the client. They are very professional with an amazing work ethic. They work very close with the families to help them form better relationships. They work with your insurance, removing that worry. The SV Recovery facility is clean, has high-end finishes and is beautiful. The gardens and Koi pond provide an awesome place for meditation, a work-out, a therapy session or a family meeting. The food was healthy and nutritious. The therapists, counselors and doctors are knowledgeable and know their clients’ needs. The owner is just awesome and really cares about the business they are in and the people who come to them for help. They were available to me whenever I needed to share what was going on - and still are! They brought peace of mind to our family and encouraged us to be a part of the process. SV Recovery!!! Where do I begin! As a parent you always want your child to get the greatest care possible. This is the place where they will receive that kind of care. They equip you and your loved one with the tools needed to confront addictions and help you and them become victorious in day to day living. The staff quickly became like family to me. I cried when my daughter left because I felt like I had lost family members. When she completed her program they called her, text her, checked in on her, and treated her like she was one of their biological children. What worked for me was when I first came in, they left it to me for a little bit and it obviously wasn’t going too well. By the time I decided to let them take the reins, I trusted them, and that was when everything changed. I didn’t want to use anymore. It was kind of like a quick switch! Since I stayed with them, I have stayed clean and sober for four months off heroin and that’s the longest I’ve ever been.
